All reservations made through the website are subject to accommodation availability.

Prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise stated.

To secure a booking, full payment or a deposit may be required, depending on the selected rate (refundable or non-refundable).
3. Cancellation and Amendment Policies

Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the rate type chosen during the booking process.

Non-Refundable Rates: No refunds or amendments are permitted in the event of cancellation or a no-show.

Flexible Rates: Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations outside this timeframe will incur a fee of 100% of the stay.
4. Check-in and Check-out

Late check-out is subject to prior confirmation and availability, and additional fees may apply.
5. Use of Accommodation and Property

Guests are expected to maintain the property and its furniture in good condition. Any damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence will be charged to the responsible guest.

The maximum guest capacity specified for each suite/room must not be exceeded.
6. Limitation of Liability
TARDEMFLOR - UNIPESSOAL LDA shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of valuables left inside the accommodations or vehicles; the use of available safes is highly recommended.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from this agreement, the consumer may contact an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Entity or the competent courts in Portugal.
